This program is designed to resolve a crisis situation for individuals or families facing homelessness. Eligible households can apply and receive assistance with a one time payment to resolve rental arrearages and prevent an eviction or with assistance toward the first month rent / security deposit for new housing.

This is provided in coordination with the Warren Salvation Army. Households must be income eligible, have an eviction notice, and the ability to sustain their living expenses after the one time assistance.
