Penelec WARM Program | This program is for income eligible, high usage Penelec customers. The program provides an in home energy usage evaluation which includes energy education and potentially receiving energy-saving home improvements depending on your electric usage.

Pennsylvania Weatherization Assistance Program | This program provides energy education as well as energy audits to assess eligible homes and identify cost-effective energy savings measures. These primarily include air sealing and insulation. The program is available to income-eligible clients in Warren, Forest, and Venango Counties.

Low Income Usage Reduction Program (LIURP) | This program provides weatherization services to income-eligible and usage qualifying National Fuel Gas Customers. Eligible household may receive a free home energy usage review, education, and installation of energy conservation measures.

Furnace and Water heater Repair/Replacement Program | This program provides emergency assistance for non-working gas heating systems and hot water heaters for income-eligible homeowners who are a National Fuel Gas customer.

Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) Non-Fuel Crisis | This emergency service provides assistance for households who receive LIHEAP benefits that are without heat or have serious health threats due to faulty heating equipment. This program runs from November to March for households in Warren, Forest, and Venango Counties.
